Our Process

  • Step One: Site Survey

The initial meeting is mostly about listening to our client's needs and wants. But we don't stop there, we like to educate, make suggestions and provide design ideas that will ultimately make the final product exceed their expectations.

  • Estimates & Design

After the initial walkthrough has been done, we spend many hours creating the most detailed and itemized estimate reports in the industry. We breakdown the project room by room and list every item to be repaired, changed, painted, etc. This provides our client a clear understanding of what exactly will be done and how much each item will cost them. The added benefit is that if any items are

removed due to change in plan or design, our client can see the price difference immediately.

  • Project Commencement

Once agreements have been made, we begin by opening the necessary permits with the appropriate jurisdictions. This is a step that some contractors skip either due to ignorance, incompetence or lack of licensing. Skipping this step is a huge mistake because it can cause major setbacks. Proper permits ensure the safety of the workers, building and it's occupants.

  • Checklists

We provide our clients with checklists of items they need to consider to make selections that will be necessary for their project. This checklist help us move forward by receiving key information and components such as selection of plumbing fixtures, tile selection, electrical components requiring behind-the-wall modifications. Also gives them a sense of involvement and can also highlight items/pricing not originally considered for their budget.

  • Final Walkthrough

Our clients are encouraged to stop by their jobsite to see for themselves the progression of the project. A final walkthrough is done with them before the final payment is requested using a "blue tape" method to give them an opportunity to point out any imperfections that do not meet their standards. The idea is to ensure every one of our clients are one hundred percent satisfied with the final product.
